SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS
The customer will select the shipping method by using the drop-down menu and the shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart.
Ordered items cannot be shipped to PO boxes or to postal warehouse addresses.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
In the event that you have consented to both pre-selected options to receive multiple shipments as well as the entire order as a whole, a tracking number will be assigned to each corresponding shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Since the delivery of the ordered items must be confirmed with a signature by the parcel service, we recommend that you provide a shipping address where you or a person you designate will be able to receive and sign for the package during the day.

RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased from our website, you may return them to us free of charge within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Please make sure that all items are returned untouched, complete, unused, unworn and undamaged in their original packaging including all of the original labels.
If you find a problem with the products you received but do not want to return them, please contact us. We will be happy to help you find the best possible solution.

REFUND PERIOD
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the condition of the items before accepting the return and authorizing the refund. This process usually takes about 7 days.
The refund will be made directly to the same credit card or payment method used to make the original payment and in the same currency.
You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have authorized the refund.
The amount will then be credited to your account after one or two billing cycles from the refund date, depending on the refund policy of your payment method.
