Guidelines for Exchanges
For online purchases, we request that you contact us prior to making a return so that we can personally coordinate the next steps with you.
At Fochtmann, we place the highest value on care and quality—including how we handle your purchases. For purchased jewelry, we offer the option of an exchange or the issuance of a store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. The prerequisite for this is that the piece of jewelry remains in its original condition and is presented together with the original packaging and the proof of purchase. We kindly ask for your understanding that we do not offer refunds. Likewise, custom-made jewelry is excluded from exchange. Pieces that have been worn, altered, or damaged also cannot be accepted.
