You have the right to cancel this purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the transporter, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancellation, you must send us a signed letter by mail, fax or e-mail clearly stating your decision to cancel this purchase contract to the contact information below. You may use the cancellation form below; however, it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send written notification of your right to exercise cancellation of your purchase contract before the expiration date of the cancellation period.
If you cancel the purchase contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest, standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the written notification of your request to cancel this purchase contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will in no way be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until the good have been received by us or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever takes place first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of this fourteen-day period. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
The aforementioned right of cancellation does not apply:
For contracts or written agreements for the supply of goods or for the provision of services, including financial services, the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no control and which may occur within the cancellation period, in particular services relating to shares, to units in open-ended investment funds as per article 1.4 of the German Capital Investment Code and to other tradable securities, foreign currencies, derivatives or money market instruments;
For contracts or written agreements for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
